This is a founding team hire. The person stepping into this role will have a direct line to the founder, real creative ownership, and the ability to shape what OnGrid looks and sounds like on social media from day one.
This is also intentionally a starter role: it’s a low-hours, flexible opportunity built around learning and growth more than a traditional “full-time marketer” job.
